Pepenero White I.G.P. Salento

Our grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September for the Minutolo and in mid-October for the remaining varieties, trained with the Guyot system in Valle d’Itria. The density is 4,500 plants per hectare, with a production of around 2,000 g per plant.

At controlled temperature in steel vats

Straw yellow color and delicate golden reflections. Rich and elegant, delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, citrus fruits such as bergamot and exotics such as pineapple. It has a fresh scent, a marked acidity with a nice persistence on the finish.

Fish and seafood dishes. It should be served at 10-12° C
