Our grapes are harvested by hand in late September – early October from vines grown with the Guyot system in Salento. The density is 4,500 plants per hectare, with a production of around 2,000 g per plant.

At controlled temperature in steel vats

This ruby ​​red wine with violet reflections has an intense bouquet fruity, with hints of wild strawberries, delicate hints of blackberry and light nuances of violet, pomegranate and cherry filling the background. It has texture soft, fresh and tasty.

The combination with meat-based pasta sauces and stewed or boiled meat dishes is intriguing. It should be served at 16-18° C
