50 Vecchie Vigne Negroamaro I.G.P

Our grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, from vineyards raised in Alberello Pugliese: small trees in their own right, which belong to the Mediterranean culture. The production is around 1200 g per plant.

Aging in medium toasted French oak barriques for a period of about twelve months, after which it is aged in the bottle for another 4 months

Intense ruby ​​color with garnet reflections. The nose is complex with hints of black cherry and cassis which are combined with spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and fresh pepper, and tertiary aromas of leather, dark chocolate and coffee. On the palate it is full, sumptuous, with the alcohol tending to round off the tannic roughness. Long and with a toasted finish.

Great roasts, braised meats, game and aged cheeses. It should be served at 16-18° C
