SALES AGREEMENT

The purchase of wine, as well as all alcoholic beverages, is exclusively allowed to people over 18 years of age. Cigno moro is an online store that complies with the laws in force concerning e-commerce. No change will be possible after the invoice has been issued. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Cigno moro through an email, sent to the email address communicated by the client.

This confirmation message will show all the data entered by the client that agrees to check the correctness and promptly communicate any changes. By placing an order on the Cigno moro website, the client declares to have read the conditions of sale, the payment methods proposed and the entire purchase procedure.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Each order submitted is an offer for purchasing products. Orders are submitted to the Owner’s availability and acceptance. The user must select the products and finalise the check-out, after carefully checking and possibly changing the information contained in the order summary. The order is accepted when confirmed and is subject to payment of the price, taxes, shipping and payment costs specified in the order summary. The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the agreement occurs when the Owner sends the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the User. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm an order by notifying the Client within 20 days from the purchase, using the email address associated with its purchase and the possible unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case, the Owner will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the user.

PRODUCT PRICES

All prices of products for sale on the Website are expressed in EUR (€) and, unless otherwise specified, are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Shipping costs and any other additional cost, including VAT and expressed in EUR (€) will be expressly and separately as specified in the order form before the user submits it in the order confirmation e-mail. The price of the products can be changed without notice, provided that the price charged to the User will be the one published on the product sheet when the order is sent.
