Pepenero Brut I.G.P. Salento

Our grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September for the Minutolo, and in mid-October for the remaining varieties, from vines grown with the Guyot system in Salento. The density is 4,500 plants per hectare, with a production of around 2,000 g per plant.

At controlled temperature in steel vats.

Straw yellow with light gold reflections, delicate and soft perlage. The aromatic bouquet offers hints of Williams pear, marjoram and light balsamic nuances. On the palate the effervescence expresses all its creaminess. Soft with balance between the acid components. Harmonious, kind and pleasant.

A wine of choice for aperitifs, light appetizers, sushi, raw seafood and fish. It should be served at 8-10° C.
