Our grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, from the vines grown in the Manduria area with the Guyot system. The density is 5,000 plants per hectare, with a production of around 2,000 g per plant.

Aged in medium toasted American oak barriques for a period of about 4 months

Intense and elegant ruby ​​red colour. The nose is seductive and opens with distinct notes of ripe fruit, raspberry, blackberry followed by licorice and intriguing herbs. The structure of the wine develops harmoniously. Excellent minerality. On the palate it stands out for its typical balanced tannins and surprising fullness, sapidity and length.

Grilled meat, mixed skewers or medium-aged cheeses such as caciocavallo podolico. It should be served at 16-18° C
