Our grapes are harvested by hand in a period that goes from the end of August, to September, to the beginning of October, in our vines raised with the Guyot system. The density is 4000 plants per hectare, with a production of about 1800 g per plant.

Aging in medium toasted French oak barriques for a period of about eight months, when the wine has reached its maximum potential, the blend is assembled.

Modern wine, well balanced and full bodied. It has an intense dark purple color with a bouquet of ripe fruits, such as blackcurrant and blackberry, infused with toasted oak, hints of toasted almonds and gianduja. It is smooth on the palate, with a large concentration of lush fruit, well balanced with its delicate, supple tannins. On the palate the structure and complexity are exceptional, tempered by excellent tannic extracts. Its elegance and delicacy allow it to be drunk young, however the wine has an extraordinary aging capacity.

Tasty red meats, game, hard cheeses. It should be served at 16-18° C
