Our grapes are harvested by hand in late September – early October, from Guyot-trained vineyards, with a density of 4,000 plants per hectare The production is around 1700 g per plant.

Left to refine for three months in barrique on yeast lees. n this way the delicate aroma of wood joins the complex structure of the wine, giving life to a harmonious unity.

Intense straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is intense and fine with delicate aromas of jasmine, broom flowers, persistent hints of golden apple and dried fruit that blend with elegant spicy hints of vanilla, sugared almonds and honey. With a full and round taste, fresh, fragrant and with a good structure, with a light aftertaste reminiscent of fresh almonds.

Oysters, roast guinea fowl, goat cheeses. It should be served at 10-12° C
